Cancellation Policy

  • Client cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for refunds
  • If DGM CLICK must cancel due to emergency circumstances, clients will receive a full refund
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability

Photo Delivery & Usage

  • Edited photos will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe
  • RAW (unedited) files are not provided unless specifically agreed
  • Clients may use delivered photos for personal use (social media, printing, albums, etc.)

  • Use photographs for portfolio, website, or social media
  • Decline usage upon client’s written request for privacy

Copyright Policy

All photos created by DGM CLICK are protected under copyright law.

Clients cannot:

  • Sell the photos
  • Claim them as their own work
  • Modify or edit them with filters without permission

Clients can:

  • Share photos on social media
  • Print them for personal use
  • Tag/credit DGM CLICK (optional but appreciated)
